A blood discharge, vaginal fluid can indicate HPV infection, the same virus that causes a plantar wart or venereal wart. Unlike clear or white cloudy secretions that may be seen on the underwear and are considered normal, there may appear liquids of unusual color, sometimes increased in the amount.
