Vulvar Wart

A vulvar wart is probably caused by HPV, and can be diagnosed with a pap smear. The external female genital organs are referred to as the vulva. It is important to any women’s health to perform periodic self-exams for any signs of change. One of the most common causes of women to seek medical help is the discovery of genital condyloma. This condition does not cause cancer but the same virus (HPV) that causes these growths has been linked to cancer of the female genitals. A vulvar wart is probably caused by HPV, and can be diagnosed with a pap smear.
