Lichen Sclerosus, HPV

The most common is the presence of squamous cell carcinomas that form slowly over several years. The medical term used for this precancerous condition is vulva intraepithelial neoplasia. The second most common type is melanoma. This develops from the pigment-producing cells that determine skin color. Vulvar cancer could be associated with lichen sclerosus with HPV suspected.
