Vulvar itching can be the result of vaginosis, an operation on lichen sclerosis and other conditions. Avoid panties made from synthetic materials and keep your weight down. Treatments for the irritation can include avoiding antibiotics unless absolutely necessary, avoid douches, take showers rather than tub baths, keep the area clean and dry and use plain unscented soap.
