Nonspecific Vaginitis

Nonspecific vaginitis, vaginosis, and unusual vaginal discharge are some potential symptoms of infections that can be avoided with proper health maintenance. To combat bacterial infections, a diet rich in a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals is important, as is high-quality protein (antibodies are made of protein). Vaginal infections often begin when a woman’s natural resistance is lowered by anxiety, tension, lack of sleep, poor diet, and sexual activity with an infected partner. Nonspecific vaginitis, vaginosis, and unusual vaginal discharge are some potential symptoms of infections that can be avoided with proper health maintenance.
