Cause Of Bacterial Vaginitis

Cause of bacterial vaginitis, plantar wart, and venereal wart have HPV in common. When the balance of the vagina is disrupted by the overgrowth of these bacteria another bacteria (Lactobacilli) is unable to perform its normal function. This bacterium normally provides a natural disinfectant that helps maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms in the vagina. Cause of bacterial vaginitis, plantar wart, and venereal wart have HPV in common.

BV is most commonly found in women and is not a sexually transmitted disease, although it is associated with sex. Symptoms may include swelling, itching, abnormal vaginal discharge, and a strong fishy smell. Strong chemicals or soaps, douching, may bring on symptoms, or bacteria spread during sex.
