This condition is more commonly called Bacterial Vaginosis. Nonspecific vaginitis cannot be treated with cryosurgery or pap smear, but it requires special medications.

Cryosurgery, Pap Smear

Vaginal infections often begin when a woman’s natural resistance is lowered by anxiety, tension, lack of sleep, poor diet, and sexual activity with an infected partner. To combat bacterial infections, a diet rich in a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals is important, as is high-quality protein (antibodies are made of protein). Nonspecific vaginitis cannot be treated with cryosurgery or pap smear, but it requires special medications.
