Vaginal Discharge During Early Pregnancy

Vaginal discharge during early pregnancy can become increased, but it is not a sign of a genital wart or other disorders of the cervix. If you are worried, you should monitor this spotting by monitoring changes after sex, exercise, and other activities and contact a doctor for advice. This is common and originates from the blastocyst being implanted into the uterine lining. Heavy secretions may be accompanied by spotting, low back pain, and cramping.
