Stringy Vaginal Discharge

Stringy vaginal discharge is not always a symptom of a vulvar disorder or problems on the cervix; it often happens in the middle of the cycle. Thin, cottage-cheese-like flows or yellow-green flows with bad odor are abnormal. Pregnant women register a greater amount of the liquids produced, which is caused by hormone activity. The amount of the substance increases when a woman is excited, under stress, or during exercise.
