Fishy vaginal discharge is not a sign of a genital wart, but vaginitis and many vaginal infections are characterised by such a discharge. It is usually white or yellow and its amount increases much during sexual excitement, sexual intercourse, stress and ovulation. For every woman of the childbearing age it is normal to have some amount of a secretion from the vagina. Vaginal yeast infection is related to antibiotics and estrogen pills. Other problems that can be transmitted sexually are: trichomonas, chlamidia, gonorrhea and many others. These are possible symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, which is very infectious and can be transmitted during a sexual intercourse.
