Discharge vaginal yellowish and verruca on the skin can be the signs of several infections; a cone biopsy is performed only for severe cases. Such secretions accompanied by a foul smell are characteristic of Trichomonas that is acquired during a sexual intercourse and stems from a one-cell organism. However, harmful bacteria and other factors including sexually transmitted diseases can cause changes in the secretions.
