Clumpy Vaginal Discharge

Clumpy vaginal discharge is a sign of thrush, vaginitis and sometimes genital wart. Women with diabetes, HIV, and those on birth control pills are also in the risk group. It is believed that antibiotics destroy the balance inside the vagina placing women who use these medicines at risk. Yeast infections called also candidiasis result from an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina with no exact cause known. Though this condition may be related to other causes as well, it very frequently stems from yeast infection. Unlike clear and stringy flows that are normal in every reproductive woman, there may appear cottage-cheese-like substances that are usually accompanied by itching, burning, and vagina inflammation.
