Increase in clear vaginal discharge pregnancy is normal and doesn't mean dangerous conditions, such as cervical cancer, dysplasia, etc, but some conditions without evident signs can even lead to infertility, if not detected at the first stage. A normal flow should not have bad odor or cause itching and swelling of the vulva. The flow increases in amount, and should be absorbed with a pad not tampons. Light secretions are common and usually accompanied by slight cramping in the abdomen and low back pains. Due to a greater level of estrogen and other factors, there appears a greater amount of the liquids. Normal secretions that contain old cells and the flora of the vagina are mucous-like and do not cause any irritations. There appear certain changes in pregnant women leading to an increase of the liquids produced by the vagina.
