Chunky vaginal discharge can be a sign of a condyloma, which sometimes even leads to infertility without proper treatment. Green or yellowish-gray substance may be a sign of other sexually transmitted diseases. If the secretion is cheesy white and accompanied by itching and redness, it can be vaginal yeast infection; gray substance with a fishy odor often means bacterial vaginosis. White, yellow or colorless secretion from the vagina is normal for all women of the reproductive age; during pregnancy it increases much.
