Lichen sclerosus et atrophicans can be related to a genital wart removal with cryosurgery or other methods. Usually, testosterone, corticosteroids, and antipruitics are used. It is unknown what causes this skin condition. Referred to as LSA, this chronic disease occurs in women aged 40 to 60, yet cases in men and younger women have also been registered.
