During the inflammation of the vagina, there appear color and density changes in the liquids accompanied by pain, itching and burning, and swelling of the lips. Yellow, green, pinkish or dark secretions that are sometimes foul smelling are indicative of infections, hormone imbalances, herpes, and other diseases.
