If you register malodorous secretions of yellowish-green color, you may need to be tested for trichomonas, an infection resulting from one-cell organism entering the body. Do not confuse normal secretions that may be noticeable on the underwear with abnormal flows. Changes in discharge, thick vaginal yellow, may indicate ASCUS or a urinary infection.
