Female Urethritis

Female urethritis may be linked to infections such as vaginosis and vaginitis. If you feel pain during urination, sexual intercourse, or frequent urge to pee, you may need to see your health care provider. It may be that the cause of these discomforts is in bacterial infection that affects the urethra, a tube passing urine from the body. Urethra infection can also result from hygiene products. Older women tend to suffer from this condition since the urethra and bladder tissues become drier with age.
