Colposcopy, Vaginosis
A doctor uses speculum to widen the vaginal opening and provide a better view of the vagina and cervix. A wooden or plastic instrument is inserted then to take a sample of cells by gently brushing the walls of the cervix. The results usually are ready in 7-10 days.
