Common Warts
Common warts and plantar wart can be left unterated, but disorders on the vulvar area require careful attention.
Caused by the human papilloma virus, it is infectious, and autoinoculable. Condyloma acuminatum usually occurs on the mucous membrane or skin of the external genitals or in the perianal region; although the lesions are usually few in number, they may aggregate to form large cauliflower-like masses.

It may be also any nonviral poliferation resembling this lesion. The disorder is characterized by lobulated hyperplastic epidermal lesions with a horny surface or flat growths, caused by a human papillomavirus, transmitted by contact or autoinoculation, and usually occurring on the dorsa of the fingers and hands.
