Cell Endometrial Pap Smear

A cell endometrial pap smear should be performed regularly; with a pap smear it is possible to prevent the further development of genital wart and other disorders. Invasive cancer of this type generally requires hysterectomy combined with radiation or chemotherapy. Further diagnostic tests—biopsy, D&C, or hysterscopy—are commonly utilized. If findings suspect uterine cancer, abnormality is probably more severe. A cervical cytology is not an effective screening tool for this type of cancer.
