Abnormal Pap Smear
Abnormal pap smear should be treated on the early stages, as infertility can be a result of severe cervical dysplasia.
They may also require a colposcopy and cervical biopsies of the suspicious areas, and HPV DNA testing for Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Women with dysplasia may require getting a repeat test to see if the atypical appearance of the cervix cells still exists.
