Pap Pic Smear

A pap pic smear can help detect vaginitis infections, commonly present when there is vaginal discharge. Symptoms may not be clearly visible in early cervical disorders such as dysplasia, a cervical pre-cancer condition. Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of deaths in women worldwide, thus, cytology screening programs become crucial in finding these conditions early while they are easily treatable and their progression prevented.
