Repeat Miscarriages

When repeat miscarriages occur, testing for infections such as the vaginal wart virus that causes ASCUS is done, along with other procedures. After the third pregnancy loss, the risk to have a repeated abortion is higher. Tests should be done to determine the cause of the previous cases and use corresponding treatment. In general, miscarriages are more common in women over 35 years old and in pregnancies involving more than one fetus.
