When you have experienced a miscarriage, pregnancy is still very possible, but clearing yourself from PIDs and STDs such as the vaginal wart and penile wart virus is helpful. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, reducing stress and getting your weight to within normal limits gives you something to concentrate on, and improves chances for long-term fertility.
