Women have good chanses to get a normal pregnancy after a miscarriage; cone biopsy, vaginosis and other genital disorders of the mother are not related to an early miscarriage. A woman should wait a few months after she has miscarried before trying to conceive again. Even women with repeated miscarriages have a 70 to 85 percent chance of carrying another pregnancy to term. Most women who have had a spontaneous abortion go on to have healthy pregnancies later.
