Having a miscarriage in second trimester is rather rare, but women infected with human papillomavirus or having cervical cancer often cannot carry the baby the full term. Tests should be done to determine the cause of the previous cases and use corresponding treatment. After the third pregnancy loss, the risk to have a repeated abortion is really great. The chances of delivering a healthy child after a naturally miscarrying are still high.
