Miscarriage bleeding cannot be mistaken for bleeding from a vaginal wart or other vulvar disorders. If a woman loses a baby after 20 weeks of pregnancy, it is called a stillbirth. In more than 80 percent of the time, it happens in the first trimester. On average, about 15 percent of known pregnancies end in this misfortune.
