This is the loss of a pregnancy in the first 20 weeks. According to statistics, about 15 percent of known pregnancies end this way. Most miscarriages start with vaginal bleeding which is initially slight and painless. Traveling, lifting weights and sex does not threaten a healthy pregnancy.
