There is no unique treatment of infertility; cervical dysplasia, a plantar wart of a partner and other minor disorders are not related to infertility. Acupuncture, herbs, and dietary changes are also recommended. In vitro fertilization appears to be effective in about 10-20% of cases and involves getting ova and sperm and joining them in a laboratory after which the embryo is implanted in the uterus.
