Some infertility male problems, such as STIs, cause inoculation of the female partner and she also won't be able to conceive; vulvar vestibulitis, vaginal wart and other minor disorders are not related to infertility. Usually, doctors will examine the sperm to determine such characteristics as the amount of the sperm produced, its motility, etc. The quality of the sperm matters much for a successful conception, as these cells should merge with female cells to form zygota, which later develops into a fetus.
