Infertility Investigation

Further infertility investigation may be appropriate in cases where cervical cancer or vaginosis are present. Basal body temperature should be taken at the same time each morning under consistent conditions. This method must be carried out with meticulous detail and is the most inexpensive of all infertility treatments. Basal body temperature along with home ovulation prediction kits are the most effective determinants of ovulation. Further infertility investigation may be appropriate in cases where cervical cancer or vaginosis are present.

It’s still unclear as to how endometriosis affects fertility. Disorders that are associated with anovulation are polycystic ovary disease, virilism, abnormal bleeding, and endometriosis. Anovulation or the inability to stimulate and release an egg from the ovary is one of the most common causes of female infertility. Further infertility investigation may be appropriate in cases where cervical cancer or vaginosis are present.
