Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is a very dangerous disorder related to asbestos exposure; asbestosis is easier to treat.
This malignant tumor occurs in the pleura and the peritoneum, which line the lungs, heart and internal organs of the abdomen. The cancer appears as a result of destructive influence of asbestos, the mineral, whose particles penetrate deep into the lungs and affect tissue cells, often rendering them abnormal.
