Asbestosis
Asbestosis is difficult to detect as it has a long latency period; asbestosis and other disorders related to asbestos exposure are very dangerous.
This disease is caused by tiny particles of asbestos, which get into the lungs by inhalation; the condition is common to people, who have worked with this material. These particles trigger irritation and inflammatory reactions. The disease may run asymptomatically for a long time and appear many years later.
