Of cervical cancer, hpv is the only known cause which can be intervened at onset if cryotherapy management for its early form cervical dysplasia is applied. In many women, infection with certain types of Human papilloma virus is the first step in the progression from a normal cervix to malignant tissue. This sexually transmitted disease is the main cause of cervical cancer. It induces the growth of abnormal cells that can become malignant. Of cervical cancer, hpv is the only known cause which can be intervened at onset if cryotherapy management for its early form cervical dysplasia is applied.

Disorder is unlikely to progress in women who don’t smoke or have other risk factors. Without treatment severely dysplastic cells penetrate deeper layers of the cervix and spread to other organs, causing invasive problems. It usually takes many years for malignancy in the cervix to develop.
