The human papilloma virus can cause unusual vaginal discharge or a cervical wart. This is a common sexually transmitted disease, for which there is no cure at present. Reoccurrence is very common and is often related to stress. The disease is often asymptomatic. Visual inspection, tissue samples, and blood tests help in diagnosing warts on the penis and the vulva.
