Some infected human papilloma virus men may require LEEP procedure for plantar wart conditions. HPV is a germ that causes abnormal cells or growth of tissue on body skin, especially on the genital areas. Not all types of HPV have been identified hitherto, but over 60 types are more or less researched at present. However, this germ is still one of the least understood. HPV is mainly spread through sexual contact, however, there have been cases of non-sexual transmission of the germ. Some people can be exposed to the germ but not develop the disease with overt symptoms for a long period of time.
