The human papilloma viren, or virus, is suspected in making the body vulnerable to other infections such as vaginosis along with the vaginal wart. They sometimes may even bleed if irritated. Some patients feel the warts are burning or itching. If left untreated, the wart may either disappear or grow larger and merge with other warts. Warts are about the only possible overt symptoms of the disease.
