In a cancer hpv induced cervix, migration to surrounding vulvar or vaginal areas after visible emergence of a genital wart can happen. Most genital viruses have no symptoms. The most dangerous Human Papilloma Virus's, 16 and 18, which are transmitted through sexual contact are known to cause up to 95% of cervical cancers. This virus is highly contagious and is transmitted through skin-to-skin contact. It is important to remember this virus can be managed. Most types of Human Papilloma viruses are harmless and non cancerous. These types are 16, 18, 31, and 45, and cause dysplastic tissue that is usually flat and nearly invisible to detect.
