A hpv leep procedure is very effective in removing vaginal wart; a pap smear test is necessary for making a primary diagnosis. One of the risks involved is developing cervical stenosis. This procedure uses a thin wire loop electrode that emits a painless electrical current that quickly cuts away infected tissue. The recurrence of CIN is usually very low since the removed tissue eliminates the area most susceptible to CIN.
