HPV High Risk

The hpv high risk people are smokers, people with weak imune system, those who have multiple sexual partners and are ill with urinary infection, vaginitis or other std. It’s possible to be infected with numerous types of HPV simultaneously. These viruses are linked with anal, vaginal and cervical dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma. The types of human papillomavirus that lead to cancer are 16,18,31,33, and 35, and are sometimes invisible genital warts. When this combination of testing is performed simultaneously it is more effective in detecting invasive cancers and high-grade lesions than either test alone. Genetic testing performed along with pap testing, as a screen for cervical abnormalities together is very accurate in detection of pre cancerous cells.
