An oral herpes symptom may indicate that other viruses are present that could be high risk for miscarriage or infertility. This infection is commonly referred to as cold sore or fever blister by the signs that are associated with the condition. It is caused by one of the two types of virus (HSV-1 or HSV-2) with HSV-1 being more widely spread. Most people experience the first outbreak as children.
