Herpes Labialis

Herpes labialis, or oral herpes, is sometimes located genitally and can be mistaken for a penile wart or verruca virus. Caused usually by HSV-1 virus, this condition affects a great part of the population all over the world. Most people get infected as children and suffer from the outbreaks throughout the life. The outbreaks may be provoked by stress, cold, and even menstruation. Herpes labialis, or oral herpes, is sometimes located genitally and can be mistaken for a penile wart or verruca virus.
