The genital herpes hsv1 virus is not treatable with cryotherapy or cryosurgery. Commonly simplex one is related to fever blisters or cold sores on the face and is spread by contact with virally infected saliva. Simplex one can also infect around the external reproductive organs and is almost always contracted by oral-to-genital contact with a person who is orally infected. Initially as itchy or sensitive skin, type-1 infections are tiny, clear, fluid-filled blisters that can rupture, ooze and form a crust that eventually falls off leaving a slightly red healing skin with little damage.
