Warts Removal

No cure exists for the virus that causes warts, removal of verruca or venereal wart, however, is important to prevent further HPV natural progression. All known cures are aimed at destruction of the warty growth rather than elimination of the virus. Subclinical infection may be lifelong, and there is no reliable remedy for all cases. Infected people should always use condoms not to transmit the virus to uninfected partners. Standard therapies for GW solve most or the problem. They are: caustic/acids, podophylin resin, imiquimod cream (Aldara,) interferon, podophylox, HPV vaccines (not yet available.) Cryosurgery is very effective for treating multiple, small disorders on the genitalia, but it’s not effective for the rectum area. No cure exists for the virus that causes warts, removal of verruca or venereal wart, however, is important to prevent further HPV natural progression.
