In the emergence of the disease, multiple pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules appear on the genitalia, perineum, the folds, and anus. They vary in size and can form large masses and their growth can extend into the vagina, urethra, cervix, peri-rectal epithelium, anus, and rectum.
