Photo Genital Wart
A photo genital wart treatment may be similar to lichen sclerosis, but quite different from a plantar wart although all are HPV related conditions.
Associated with parts of the genitalia-- the vulva, vagina, cervix, rectum, anus, penis, or scrotum—these growths are considered a common sexually transmitted disease (STD). Associated with cancer-type HPV, they are of concern because prolonged exposure to HPV and suppressed immunity can lead to cancer related disorders, dysplasia or carcinoma.

Lichen Sclerosis, Plantar Wart
Sometime these growths are not noticeable or they may be quite painful with irritation and bleeding. Doctors may treat these with chemicals, such as Podophyllin or trichloroacetic acid, to dissolve or freeze them. Or, surgical measures using electric loops, laser, or excision under local anesthesia can be performed.
