The female-to male ratio has been reported to be 1.4:1. The highest incidence of GW is found in young adults 15-25 years. Condiloma acuminatum doesn’t become clinically visible until several months after inoculation with HPV. Genitle warts will sometimes have symptoms similar to lichen sclerosis, while the plantar wart appears on the foot.
