The female-to male ratio has been reported to be 1.4:1. Young adults 15-25 years show a higher incidence of venereal growths. It does not become medically clear until several months after exposure with HPV. Vulvar Vestibulitis, Cone Biopsy

In the course of the disease pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules appear on the genitalia, perineum, crural folds, and anus. They vary in size and can form large masses, their growth can extend into the vagina, urethra, cervix, perirectal epithelium, anus, and rectum. Genital warts symptoms such as vulvar vestibulitis may also be a negative side effect of treatment such as cone biopsy.
