One genital wart image may exhibit small raised bump (verruca) or more clustered grouping of bumps as a genital wart. Sexual contact is considered the source for spread of HPV condyloma of the vulva, vagina, cervix, rectum, anus, penis, or scrotum. Some growths may not visible, but others appear as small, flat, flesh-colored bumps or tiny, cauliflower-like bumps. Associated irritation, pain, or bleeding may also be present.
